Prince Resort is a two-tower condominium resort at 3500 North Ocean Boulevard in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Tower 1 is oceanfront beside the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. Tower 2 is directly across Ocean Boulevard and contains the parking garage.

Tower and view differences

According to the resort’s current FAQ, Tower 1 contains 3500 Ocean Grill and the oceanfront pool complex. Tower 2 contains the rooftop pool deck, fitness center and parking garage. Guests of either tower may use the resort amenities.

“Oceanfront” and “ocean view” are not interchangeable. The resort defines oceanfront units as facing directly toward the ocean; an ocean-view unit may look north or south along the coast or toward the ocean from Tower 2. Confirm the building, floor, view category and unit layout before booking.

Current amenities

The operator currently advertises complimentary Wi-Fi, pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a children’s pool, a fitness center, on-site dining and beach access. Individual condominium layouts and furnishings vary. Review the official amenities page and resort FAQ for the latest details.

Rates and reservations

Rates vary by dates, unit type, occupancy, taxes, fees and booking terms. The former claim that rooms could be booked for $65 per night was undated and has been removed. Check a specific stay on the official Prince Resort website, and read the cancellation and payment terms before booking.
