The Shack

1128 Sea Mountain Highway · 843-663-3636. A family-owned Southern and Calabash-style seafood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner on its current schedule. The restaurant says it seats parties in arrival order and does not accept reservations or call-ahead seating. Check the official Shack website for today’s hours, menus, and ordering.

Basil’s Pizza

219 Sea Mountain Highway · 843-249-0748. A casual pizza restaurant close to the beach, with pizza, subs, calzones, stromboli, and other items listed on its current menu. Basil’s can operate seasonally, so verify today’s schedule on the official Basil’s ordering site. This replaces the old guide’s broken address, “w.”

Babaka’s Pizzeria

221 Sea Mountain Highway · 843-249-6244. Pizza, stromboli, sandwiches, gyros, salads, and pasta are shown on its current ordering page. Review live hours, availability, pickup, and delivery on the official Babaka’s Pizzeria website.

Snooky’s Oceanfront

2208 North Ocean Boulevard · 843-281-0500. An oceanfront restaurant with seafood, a raw bar, sandwiches, entrees, drinks, and indoor and outdoor seating. The operator lists valet and parking information, but availability and hours can change. Use the official Snooky’s Oceanfront website for the current menu, schedule, events, and contact details.

Driftwood Restaurant

3502 North Ocean Boulevard · 843-273-0473. Located at Cherry Grove Pier, Driftwood offers casual food and drinks with ocean views. Pier and restaurant parking is identified in marked spaces on floors 2 and 3 of the Prince Resort parking deck across Ocean Boulevard. 3500 Ocean Grill

3500 North Ocean Boulevard, Prince Resort Tower 1 · 855-710-4945. The Prince Resort’s oceanfront restaurant serves breakfast and seasonal dinner service. Its days and hours vary by season; verify the current schedule and menus on the official 3500 Ocean Grill page.

MISSION BBQ — North Myrtle Beach

1380 Highway 17 North · 843-510-0500. This barbecue restaurant is inland on Highway 17, not oceanfront Cherry Grove. Check current restaurant and holiday hours, menus, and online ordering on the official North Myrtle Beach location page.

Removed or corrected listings

• Z’s Amazing Kitchen: removed because the old website now leads to a domain marketplace and we could not confirm it as a current operating restaurant.
• Duffy Street Seafood Shack, 319 Sea Mountain Highway: removed because that Cherry Grove location closed. A Duffy Street restaurant operates at a different address on Main Street; do not navigate to the former Sea Mountain Highway listing.
• Basil’s Pizza: corrected to 219 Sea Mountain Highway.
• All “Our Rating: 5/5” labels: removed because the old page supplied no dated review method or criteria.

• Confirm same-day hours, seasonal closures, reservation or wait-list rules, and whether the full party must be present.
• Ask the restaurant directly about allergies and dietary needs; menus and kitchen practices can change.
• Check the exact address. “North Myrtle Beach” includes several distinct areas, and a Highway 17 restaurant may not be walkable from the beach.
• Do not assume restaurant parking includes beach parking. Observe posted restrictions and never use a private restaurant lot after leaving the property.

For municipal parking, North Myrtle Beach’s 2026 paid-parking season runs March 1 through October 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The standard rate is $4 per hour, while the Seaview Lot is $2 per hour. Use the City’s current parking FAQs because rules and rates can change.
